Seven Homecomings Benefactor Practice

Join Wambui as she guides you through the practice of the Seven Homecomings. Wambui received certification to guide the Seven Homecomings in June 2023 and has been sharing it with her communities since then. It is a meditation practice based on taking refuge in the three jewels of Tibetan Buddhism. Her teacher and guide, Lama Rod Owens, has synthesized the traditional practice of taking refuge to further include other aspects that can help us come home to ourselves. You are warmly invited to return not only to yourself but the existing sources of support around you, so that you can respond to life in ways that support the seed of liberation.

No prior experience of yoga is required. Wambui’s afternoon sessions for the week are Unshakeable Peace during Turbulent Times: Yoga Sutras for our World and Be a Lighthouse: Yoga Sutras for Kali Yuga. We will work with select the text the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali to cultivate the qualities of steady peace and resilience.
