Join Wambui as she guides you through the practice of the Seven Homecomings. Wambui received certification to guide the Seven Homecomings in June 2023 and has been sharing it with her communities since then. It is a meditation practice based on taking refuge in the three jewels of Tibetan Buddhism. Her teacher and guide, Lama Rod Owens, has synthesized the traditional practice of taking refuge to further include other aspects that can help us come home to ourselves.
