Join Wambui for some guided trauma-informed ashtanga based yoga, pranayama (breathing exercises), meditation and afternoon discussions and lectures.This workshop is suitable for beginners and experienced practitioners alike. No prior experience of yoga is required. Wambui’s afternoon sessions for the week are Unshakeable Peace during Turbulent Times: Yoga Sutras for our World and Be a Lighthouse: Yoga Sutras for Kali Yuga. We will work with select the text the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali to cultivate the qualities of steady peace and resilience.
